Welcome to the Transnotes PBWiki!

• A source of information for English, French and Spanish translators.

• From a guide to Arab toponyms to the The Hague apostille, and now our very own Search Engine (see below), we are trying to put together a wiki that you can use in your daily translation work.

• The whole wiki is translation-oriented, not so much to the theory as to the practice of translation. Keep an eye on the SideBar's Recent Activity to see what's cooking.

• The SideBar has been slimmed down with a mother-daughter page structure. Everything you saw before is still here, though. Each mother page has a listing of daughter pages, that's all. 

• This is the Transnotes Search Engine, created with the new Google Co-op service. Type your query into the box to simultaneously search this wiki, Translation Notes, Notas Terminológicas, Google Groups Termxchange and various sites of international organizations (European Union, FAO, etc.). Our Google Co-op home page is here. We are learning to make it more useful.
